Healthcare organisations from the following regions, are able to apply for access to the Learning Management System.
- Canterbury DHB Region
- South Canterbury DHB Region
- Southern DHB Region
- West Coast DHB Region
Many healthcare organisations have signed up to use healthLearn as their online learning management system.
If an organisation wants to join healthLearn, there is information on the process of joining up, located on the site. An agreement must be signed before organisational access to the site can be obtained. Please click on the link in the related documents to access the online organisational access request form.
If you already have a healthLearn account - or are unsure if you have a healthLearn account or not, please do not try to create additional accounts, as you will lose previous records of learning.
Staff from larger organisations can go directly to healthLearn and create a new account using your work email address. You can change your email details if you move to another job in the South Island later on. Click the graphic below to go directly to the site.
Staff from other organisations with personal email addresses only, will need to submit information into an online form, and their accounts will be created manually sometime during the following week. Click on the graphic below to go directly to the online form. There is a security code on the form so you need to know this. You can get the security code from your superuser, or healthLearn support person/team
