Advance Care Planning

Advance Care Planning

Advance Care Planning (ACP) is a process that enables a competent person to think about, discuss and document their wishes about the type of medical care and treatment they would want to receive in the future. Level One ACP Training comprises of Four E-Learning Modules which help health care workers understand and explain the process and benefits of Advance Care Planning and the legal basis on which it sits. These modules are certificated on completion and are a prerequisite for anyone going on to undertake the Level Two training.

Each of the following modules takes approximately 1.5-2 hours to complete and are available on healthlearn . You will need an account to login to healthearn.  There are instructions on the home page on how to create an account if you do not already have one.
