    Early Intervention in Psychosis Service (Totara House)

    The Early Intervention in Psychosis Service (Totara House) provides specialist assessment, treatment and support for young people (18-30) experiencing a first episode of psychosis.

    Emergency Department

    Emergency Department Education

    We provide comprehensive support for staff development via medical (CME) and nursing education. Undergraduate to postgraduate clinicians are enabled and encouraged to advance their practice e.g., to FACEM qualifications or Masters/PhD level nursing.

    Emergency Department Research

    The ED has a strong academic core with collaborative research a significant activity. Research is a formal requirement for some staff and an anticipated academic and professional strategy for all. Publishing and knowledge translation is encouraged.

    Emergency Nurses and Support Team
