Canterbury Health System Quality Accounts

WellNow Canterbury is our biannual community health magazine. We have combined this November 2017 edition with the Canterbury Health System’s Quality Accounts to reach the widest possible audience and provide them with a picture of how well our Health System is meeting their health needs.

This edition reinforces our vision of an integrated health system by showcasing what we are doing well, outlines what we have learned, and signals our future plans. It also demonstrates our commitment to high quality health care and explains how we monitor quality and safety.

WellNow features engaging and informative content in five spotlight areas: Consumer experience, staying well, preventing harm, equity and facilities redevelopment. A sixth section 'How We Measure Up' charts our performance against national health targets, quality and safety markers as set by the Health Quality and Safety Commission and other key measures.
