    The Nephrology Department at Christchurch Hospital provides regional kidney care services for people in Canterbury, South Canterbury, and Westland, comprising general nephrology, acute dialysis and chronic dialysis (CAPD and home haemodialysis).

    Neurological rehab

    The Brain Injury Rehabilitation Service (BIRS) is a 13 bed inpatient ward that provides comprehensive rehabilitation for people aged 16 - 65 with acquired brain injury or neurological conditions
